This agreement commences from when you engage us, and, subject to termination, continues indefinitely. You Engage us by: Signing the Experts In Outsourcing service agreement; informing us that you wish to proceed, whether in writing or orally; requesting details of Candidates; specifying to us Your requirements for Candidates; accessing details of Candidates that We supply to You; executing a funding agreement in relation to Our Recruitment Services; or representing to us that You have agreed to the Terms of this Agreement.
